Use this form to register your organisation (business or gang). If you are registering multiple organisations, please use a
separate form for each one.
This form is to implement your organisation into the server and
should only be submitted
once staff have confirmed your organisation in a ticket.

1: Member - Stash Access
2: Officer - Boss menu, bank account and stash access
